Job Requirements:

Technical skills

• Good knowledge of the company’s IS environment
• Good knowledge of application maintenance
• Mastery of ITIL principles
• Controlling safety risks
• Fluency in technical English is a plus

Professional skills

• Adaptability and technical curiosity, as technological developments are rapid and need to be assimilated in order to optimize existing systems
• Reactivity, and good stress management to intervene quickly, while taking into account safety issues in the event of incidents.
• Rigorous, methodical and precise, because databases are a strategic tool for many companies
• Good understanding of risk, both technical and related to data content
• Good resistance to task repetition, particularly in relation to incident handling and flow monitoring activities
• Ability to synthesize user needs.

Diplomas required

• 5-year degree in computer science
• Engineering school, Master 2, …
• Optional: ITIL certification

Length of experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support
