The HR Study Engineer must drive a uniform strategy. Its mission: to monitor all HR issues in relation to the company’s objectives.
Missions
- Collect social data and other qualitative and/or quantitative information in order to take stock of the HR policy in place;
- Analyze and synthesize these data to make them more readable and to identify avenues for reflection;
- Drawing up a company social balance sheet;
- Suggest improvements to guide strategic HR policy decisions;
- Write reports for management to present recommendations or analyze results;
- Propose the implementation of new HR management tools common to all divisions of a company or group
