The cost accounting manager is responsible for setting up and managing the company’s cost accounting system. It ensures that analytical data is collected, analyzed and communicated in an accurate and timely manner to company managers, enabling optimal cost management and informed decision-making.

Missions

• Collect, analyze and present analytical data on company costs, revenues and performance.
• Develop and implement cost accounting systems and tools.
• Advise company managers on strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of analytical data with accounting and regulatory standards.
• Produce regular and ad hoc analytical reports for company managers.
• Collaborate with other company departments to collect the data needed for analysis.
• Update cost accounting procedures and policies.

Skills

• Higher education in accounting, finance or management.
• At least 5 years’ experience in cost accounting.
• Solid financial analysis skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage projects
