Purchasing and Maintenance Officer

As part of strengthening its teams, Tassili Travail Aérien is recruiting a Purchasing and Repairs Officer.

Reporting line: Airworthiness Directorate

Number of positions to be filled: 01

Workplace: Algiers

Main duties

· Ensure the implementation of purchase and repair contracts for spare parts, consumables and tooling.

· Launch requests for quotations for purchases and repairs with shortlisted suppliers.

· Open, monitor and archive purchase and repair files.

· Monitor orders until they are received at the destination store.

· Take charge of the repair of defective aeronautical equipment.

· Initiate purchase, repair and subcontracting orders.

· Establish correspondence with suppliers to ensure the smooth running of purchase and repair operations.

· Supplier evaluation.

· International trade

· Public procurement procedures

· Current customs legislation and procedures

· IT tools and management software

Access requirements

· Bac+4 (Bachelor’s degree in international trade, management sciences or equivalent) or procurement engineer

· 03 years’ experience in the supply/procurement field

· Good knowledge of maintenance trades and the supply chain environment
